The Law abolishes the previous land price framework, allowing for the establishment of land price lists that reflect market values.
4.2. Expansion of Agricultural Land Transfer Rights
Individuals not directly engaged in agricultural production are now permitted to receive transfers of paddy land, subject to certain conditions.
4.3. Stable Land Lease Payments
Annual land lease payments are stabilized for a five-year cycle, providing predictability for land users. ​
